Boot Lining Kits

Our Boot Lining Kits are considered as the best available, and have gained an excellent reputation amongst the Mini world thanks to their outstanding build quality and use of premium coverings. In addition to this, all of our Boot Lining Kits offer radical improvements in the areas of design and ergonomic usability, which set them apart from the competition.

We also currently have the largest range of Classic Mini Boot Lining Kits available and we were the first manufacturer / supplier of kits that include subwoofer housing.

As you can see from the photos the kits make a big difference to the appearance of the Mini’s boot. Tidying it up dramatically, hiding the spare wheel, battery, windscreen wiper water bottle and petrol tank, behind neat covered boards.

All three kits are designed with ease of use in mind, which means that accessing the spare wheel, battery and/or windscreen washer water bottle is easy and hassle free. Unlike many of the other kits on the market, you only have to remove the necessary boards.

All Optimise Automotive Boot Lining Kits also come with a matching inner boot lid cover. This finishes the job off brilliantly, covering up the unsightly inner boot lid. The cover is simply a shaped piece of carpet/vinyl, and attaches to the boot lid with the carpet tape provided.

The boards use no fixings and slides into place, with a tight fit. However, the Sub Original and Sub Extreme sub boxes will need to be assembled, using the pre-drilled holes and screws provided. Detailed fitting instructions are available for download and the kits can be assembled & fitted in no time.

Manufacturing
All Optimise Automotive subwoofer box fronts & backs (including the subwoofer holes) are laser cut from 18mm MDF, for ultimate precision and consistent high quality control.
